• How long will it take for my Monaco Chain ID Bracelet to be delivered?

Approximate delivery times for Monaco Chain ID Bracelets are 3 to 4 weeks after placing your order. However, these are not exact estimates. Order delivery times may differ.


  • Can I return/exchange my Custom ID Bracelet?

Monaco Chain ID Bracelets are not eligible for exchanges or returns. As with all custom-made products, every order is final. Please measure your wrist prior to ordering to ensure a perfect fit. It is your responsibility to measure your wrist size prior to ordering.


  • What happens if I misspell or put the wrong information on my custom order?

    If you believe you have entered the wrong information, you have 24 hours to edit your purchase. To edit your order, you may email us at support@oromonaco.com or contact us at our customer service number (929) 412-1914. If you choose to reach out via email, please make sure to include your order number in the subject line and add your notes to the body. Please reach out as soon as you possible as we are unable to modify orders that have already been sent to production.


    • What is the warranty on my custom product?

    Oro Monaco offers two different warranties. Proof of purchase is required to submit a warranty claim. 1 Year Limited Warranty: This warranty includes fixing any mechanical issues on the box and clasp and any missing stones on our cubic zirconia products. 30 Day Limited Warranty: This warranty includes protection on all products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of original purchase. Please note that excessive wear, lack of care, accidental damage or abusive treatment of the product are not covered under any warranties.     • Can I change the width of my chain?

    At this moment, the Monaco Chain ID Bracelet is only available in 9.5 mm. Sign up to the Oro Monaco newsletter to be notified of any updates.


    • Can I cancel my order?

    Once an order has been placed, you will not be able to cancel that order. All sales on customized orders are final.


    • How do I place an order?

    To place an order, begin by selecting your preferred chain length and metal. Next, click the Personalize button. Once the design panel opens up, select your desired metal color, lock style, and the number of letters you would like on the chain. Enter any name, word, or initial, and choose between Plain or Pave letters. When you’re happy with the design of your chain, add it to your cart and head to check out. Please note that we will not produce any orders with profanity.


    • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. You may also pay in installments with Shop Pay. 9. How can I measure my wrist size? In order to get the perfect fit, we highly recommend measuring your wrist before placing your order. Measure your wrist size with a flexible tape measure just below the wrist bone where you would normally wear your bracelet. If you do not have a tape measure at hand, you may also use a piece of thread. Simply wrap the string around your wrist, mark the overlapping points with a pen, and measure the marked area with a ruler. When choosing a bracelet size, it is always a good idea to select one that is half an inch or an inch longer than your wrist size, depending on your preferred fit. Please note that wider chains sit tighter on the wrist, so it may be better to size up 1 inch.
