-They are produced in Europe at the Monaco Chain™ factory.
Does the Monaco Chain™ get scratched?
-Yes, like any other gold metal does. Gold does get scratched over time depending on the wear and tear. You can have it polished every few years at any independent gold polisher.

I received my package, I set it to 8.5, the system changed it for me, ok, they did not inform me well, then it arrives and it is missing a Stone, now I have to pay 160 more for shipping and it came damaged

The text message includes all the information about your order and asks you to respond with a 'YES' if everything is accurate. If you have already replied 'YES' to the text message, then your order has been confirmed. and you answered to the text message was YES.
As far as a lost stone on the bracelet, that is something that we cover for a full year, and we'll be very happy to send out a pre-paid label and have the stone set, and go over each stone to make sure it's all set correctly, and we did offer this to you, but you asked for a full return and refund (which was granted). All our policies are very clear on the website.
