-Yes, everything sold on our website is 100% real certified 10K and 14K Gold.

How fast is shipping?

-We use UPS 2nd day delivery. Keep in mind that someone has to be home to sign for the package, however, UPS will make 3 delivery attempts.

Do you ship worldwide?

-For now, Oro Monaco™ is only shipping within the United States, including Puerto Rico.

Which payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?

-Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or Oro Monaco™ store credit for items returned within 10 days of delivery.
