No, you don't have to create an account to make a purchase. You can checkout as a guest, but having an account will make your ordering process much faster and easier for future purchases.

If an item you're looking for is out of stock, click on the 'Notify Me When Available' button  availble on the product page to be notified when the item is back in stock. 

All Monaco Chain™ items purchased from our website will be delivered in an original, high quality Monaco Chain™ jewelry box. The Monaco Chain™ gift box is the ultimate gift packaging. Monaco Chain™ gift boxes are also sold separately on our website, with pictures available.

All Monaco Chain™ necklaces and bracelets are available for purchase on the Oro Monaco website. The original Monaco Chain™ box is included with every Monaco Chain™ purchase, or available to be purchased separately.

Yes, you can absolutely work out with your Monaco Chain™. Monaco Chain™ uses patented technology to ensure that each product is extremely strong and durable. 

All chains sold at Oro Monaco are made of certified 10K and 14K gold. Gold is a hypoallergenic metal and should not cause irritation on any skin. 

Monaco Chain™ jewelry are at the Monaco Chain™ factory in Europe. 

Real gold is an extremely soft metal that is prone to getting scratched over time. As with all gold jewelry, Monaco Chain™ pieces may get scratched over time. You can learn how to care for your jewelry here. You may also get your chains polished every few years at any independent gold polisher. 

Monaco Chain™ is in a partnership with Swarovski and only uses Swarovski Cubic Zirconia stones on their chains. 


We accept Paypal, and all major credit cards. We also offer payment plans through ShopPay.

Yes, all submitted personal and payment information are secured and encrypted for your security. 

Residents who live in the state of New York and Florida will be charged a state sales tax 

Oro Monaco does offer discounts on occasion. Make sure to sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know about all sales and discounts. 

If you would like to purchase an item and pay-over-time, you can choose to checkout with Shop Pay Installments which offers different payment plans.

To purchase using Shop Pay Installments, click on Shop Pay Installments at check out and simply follow the instructions. 

Unfortunately, you cannot return or exchange products that are purchased using Shop Pay Installments. 


Oro Monaco only uses expedited UPS shipping for all orders orders. 

At the moment, Oro Monaco is only available with the United States, including Puerto Rico.

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. Once your order has been processed, please allow about 1-3 business days for shipments to be delivered. 

At Oro Monaco, we offer free express shipping for all domestic orders. 

You will receive updates and tracking information through emails and text messages once your order has been processed. This typically takes 1-3 days, not including weekends or holidays. 

If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to modify your delivery address. All our orders get dispatched at 4:30pm EST, so please make sure to email us at as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify your delivery address. 

All products purchased together (same invoice number) will be delivered together in the same package. If you make multiple checkouts during the same day, you will have different invoice numbers, therefore, multiple deliveries. 

You will receive a free Monaco Chain™ box with each order of up to two chains. If your order has more than two chains, you will receive multiple Monaco Chain™ boxes. 

Our carriers deliver Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 9:00pm. On some occasions, our carriers deliver on Saturdays as well. 

If you happen to change your mind, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched yet. After it has been dispatched to the UPS, we cannot cancel your order. All our orders get dispatched at 4:30pm EST, so please make sure to email us at to request the cancellation as soon as possible. If you were not able to cancel your order, you can always request to return your products within the first 10 days to get a full refund. 

Yes, all packages sent by Oro Monaco require an adult signature.

Yes, we offer free shipping to Puerto Rico.


Unfortunately, you cannot return or exchange products that are purchased using Shop Pay Installments. 

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or Oro Monaco™ store credit for items returned within 10 days of delivery. To receive a full refund, please follow the requirements below 

Return/ Exchange Requirements 

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and not scratched.

  • Security tags must be attached to the product- (if tags are cut or detached, returns or exchanges will not be accepted)

  • Item must be accompanied by its original packaging including the certificate card 

*Note: We can not issue refunds or exchanges if you checked out with a payment plan, such as Shop Pay Installments.

To receive a refund, the Oro Monaco tag attached to your chain must be intact.The chain itself needs to be returned unused and not scratched with its certification in the original Monaco Chain™ box within 10 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at or simply start a live chat with one of our experts on the website. 

Please allow 3-5 business days from the day we receive your return for our experts to examine the product. Once your product has been confirmed that it has not been worn or damaged, we will immediately process your refund/exchange. 

Yes, customers are responsible for shipping back the jewelry in order to receive a full refund. Please make sure to have your package insured since we are not responsible for any lost packages.


By visiting any product page you will find a chain length size guide that shows various lengths on a model. Each chain is offered in limited sizes based on popularity and style.


  • Oro Monaco™ offers two different warranties:-
  1. 1 Year Limited Warranty: This warranty includes fixing any mechanical issue on the box clasp and any missing stones on our cubic zirconia products.
  2. 30 Day Limited Warranty: This warranty includes protection on all products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of original purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the product, and you follow the instructions to return the product, Oro Monaco™ will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair, (ii) replace with the same or similar product in new or similar condition, or (iii) issue a store credit or refund for the purchase price of the product.


  • Nothing shall obligate Oro Monaco™ to repair or replace materials resulting from excessive or abusive treatment of the merchandise.
  • Oro Monaco™ shall have no obligations to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is examined by one of our experts.
  • When a refund or a store credit is given, the returned product becomes Oro Monaco’s property.
  • The warranties do not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.
  • General wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage or scratches are not covered under the warranties.

*NOTE: Proof of purchase such as order number or store receipt is required to submit a warranty claim. The authenticity certificate card that came with your order is also required when you submit a warranty claim in order for us to validate your purchase. If you do not have the proof of purchase and the authenticity certificate card, we cannot offer any of the warranties. No exceptions can be made.
