How fast is shipping?
-We use UPS 2nd day delivery. Keep in mind that someone has to be home to sign for the package, however, UPS will make 3 delivery attempts.

-For now, Oro Monaco™ is only shipping within the United States, including Puerto Rico.

What is your return policy?

-Yes, like any other gold metal does. Gold does get scratched over time depending on the wear and tear. You can have it polished every few years at any independent gold polisher.
La pulsera de muy alta calidad y la compra fue muy fácil. Pero hice una compra de una pulsera y me quedó apretada. Les escribí los llamé y nada deben de mejorar el servicio al cliente para estas cosas. Le regalé a mi esposa la que me quedó pequeña y tuve que comprar otra ya que compré el juego y sin la pulsera no se veía bien. El servicio al cliente para estas cosas debe de ser prioridad para que sigan dando un buen servicio.
