-We use UPS 2nd day delivery. Keep in mind that someone has to be home to sign for the package, however, UPS will make 3 delivery attempts.

In order to receive a full refund, you will have to follow the requirements down below.

-Yes, like any other gold metal does. Gold does get scratched over time depending on the wear and tear. You can have it polished every few years at any independent gold polisher.
