I ordered the new Edge chain at 24” and 9.5mm. When it arrived, it was beautiful. Only problem was, I needed something bolder.
When I reached out to customer service, I was contacted by Stella DeLeon, who was AMAZING. Stella helped me through the exchange process and got me upgraded to a 26” - 11.5mm that is perfect.
Stella made the exchange a simple and expedient process which was great, because I had recently been screwed by two different jewelry companies with bait and switch scams.
A week later I received my personalized ID bracelet as well.
They are a perfect set with baguette clasps.

I just received my chain n it
Was suppose to be 8 mm but it was only 7.5 mm make sure yall get a 9 mm if u trynna get a 8mm because they lie n they not the size i was expecting it to be

Monaco Chain measures width at the lock, and due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations of up to 0.5mm are completely normal.
We also note on every product page that there may be a ±5% difference in width, length, and weight. For example, an 8mm chain will typically have links that measure around 7.5mm wide, as shown in the product illustration.
