The chain is very nice but i dislike that the chain turns over on its back side with the minimalist bend over, its like the chain prefers to sit backside up because it doesn't turn back over to proper side as easily at all. Not happy about that wish it had same face on both sides

This is an Exquisite piece and it has motion to it.
I thought looking at it that it would be a solid panther head but it's not actually a lot of pieces put together to make a panther head so it really has a little motion to it.
I'm a little mildly concerned by that but I'm hoping that the durability will be adequate since all my other pieces are still beautiful.

Costumer service is awesome, unfortunately the product is not what I expected , it looks very cheap and light weight , I’m not able to return it bc it didn’t arrive on time and I just got back from my trip and I just saw it 20 days later and I’m very disappointed on the quality, for what I paid I expected more, it doesn’t even look like real gold :(
I absolutely love this. I never take it off under warranty i had a stone replacement but other than that this is a quality piece. Sturdy and Fabulous.
